As a valued JTNB customer, we want to update you about the actions we are taking in response to concerns over COVID-19. The health and safety of our team members, customers, and communities are our top priority and we are committed to serving your financial needs no matter how the situation evolves.
In an effort to help limit the potential spread of the coronavirus, we will be closing our lobbies at 4:00 pm effective Tuesday, March 17th until further notice.
Please be assured that we have contingency plans designed and in place to ensure uninterrupted bank operations. We will continue to service your deposit and cash needs through our Night Drop, Drive-up Windows, and ATMs. We encourage you to consider managing your accounts using our Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking services. These 24/7 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks and more – all from the comfort of your own home.
Our team will be available by telephone and appointment to take care of your banking needs that cannot be done in other ways including servicing Loans, accessing your Safe Deposit Box, or any other transaction that is not feasibly conducted via another method. If you are a business customer and have a need for currency or coin, please call your local branch ahead of time to make arrangements.
We encourage our Main Office (12 Broadway, Jim Thorpe) customers to use our closest Drive-up service at 418 Center Street, Jim Thorpe. Appointments for lobby service at the Broadway Office may be made by calling (570) 325-3631.
During times of increased uncertainty like this, Identity Theft and other scams can become more prevalent. We recommend you be extra cautious of any contact you receive requesting personal information. Please contact us at (570) 325-3631 for assistance should you have any concerns.
Finally, if you’ve experienced financial hardship as a result of COVID-19, we are here for you. Please contact your local branch to discuss your situation and learn how we might be of assistance. We are all in this together and we will do everything we can to help provide reassurance in these uncertain times.
